Physical Therapy Assistant

Part-time position in the Gardner area for a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Recent/upcoming graduates encouraged to apply.  Training provided by Licensed Physical Therapist.  Responsibilities include implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic recreation programs (aquatics, horseback riding).  Experience with adults with developmental delayed adults preferred. 

Physical Therapist

Life-Skills, Inc. is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in our day hab programs in Northern Worcester County. Candidate must be currently licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Alled Health Professions and must have one year of experience in a training program for either the mentally retarded or developmentally disabled.

COTA

Life-Skills, Inc. has a FT position in Gardner for licensed occupational therapy assistant.  We are looking for an energetic, creative, flexible individual who can provide an integrated, multi-disciplinary team approach.  The applicant must be able to provide a variety of therapy programs in group and 1:1 settings.  Responsibilities include  training fellow team members on OT programs and carrying out group activities in community.  On-site weekly supervision and support provided from Licensed Occupational Therapist. 

Director of Behavioral Services

Life-Skills, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual with strong organizational, behavioral, and supervisory skills to provide oversight and training to four behavior specialists, as well as work with developmentally delayed adults in day and residential settings.

Duties include coordination of staff orientation and training, and participation in agency Human Rights Committees.

Master’s Degree in Psychology with a minimum of five years behavioral/supervisory experience is required. A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required for travel to programs in Worcester County. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Location:

Residential Group Homes in Auburn, Shrewsbury, Webster, Dudley Southbridge, Gardner, Lancaster, Leominster, and Winchendon

Hours:

Full time/Part time/Per diem All shifts 24/7

Qualifications:

BA or BS in Human Services or related field is preferred. HS Diploma or GED is required. Experience with mentally and/or physically handicapped preferred. Acceptable CORI and driving record background check required.

Supports individuals' social, recreational, spiritual, cultural and personal growth

Developmental Assistant/Direct Care Staff

Location:

Day Habilitation Programs in Webster, Dudley, Gardner & Fitchburg

Hours:

40 Flex hours per week to accommodate individual and program needs

Qualifications:
